Floresta do Saber was present at EcoAventura 2023.

The 2023 edition of EcoAventura – Action for the Environment, an initiative promoted by the Aveiro City Council to celebrate World Environment Day (which took place on June 5th), came to an end last Sunday, June 11th. Seven days full of outdoor activities took place in Aveiro City Park, aiming to raise awareness and promote more sustainable environmental practices that help to better preserve the environment and the planet. Floresta do Saber was present with various activities and received approximately 1200 visitors throughout the event. Most visitors came from schools in Aveiro and neighboring municipalities. In addition to schools, many families with children also came to experience our activities. Floresta do Saber is a project of RAIZ and The Navigator Company, supported by the Gulbenkian Sustainable Development Program of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and recognized as a UNESCO Club. Their activities, which are predominantly practical, focus on raising awareness and educating about sustainability, forests, and the forest-based bioeconomy.
