Short biographical note :
Sara Monteiro is the Science and Technology Manager at RAIZ, in charge by inpactus management, Impact Assessment Methodologies and Innovation certification.
During the last years she has been appointed as advisor in several European Programs: advisory member at H2020 Bioeconomy group, EC, Expert at European Banking authority (London) and currently is invited jury at Council of Innovation (Brussels).
She published a book during December 2017 related with economic growth and innovation with preface from OECD at Springer/Palgrave The Quadruple Innovation Helix Nexus A Smart Growth Model, Quantitative Empirical Validation and Operationalization for OECD Countries”.
